There are a number of approaches towards building strength, from traditional resistance/weight training to functional fitness & unique bodyweight exercises (based around gymnastic skills such as handstands, muscle-ups, front levers, rope climbing & pistol squats just to name a few). From the beginner to the advanced athlete our uniquely tailored programs are all developed around balance and controlled progression as this is the best way to avoid injury long term by slowly building the integrity and strength of the muscle & joint tissues. Our methodology is simple; start small, focus on technique, build serious strength over time & avoid injury. Each workout is comprised of upper-body, lower-body, core & whole-body exercises.
