There are a number of approaches towards building strength, from traditional resistance/weight training to functional fitness & unique bodyweight exercises (based around gymnastic skills such as handstands, muscle-ups, front levers, rope climbing & pistol squats just to name a few). From the beginner to the advanced athlete our uniquely tailored programs are all developed around balance and controlled progression. Our methodology is; start small, focus on technique, build serious strength over time & avoid injury. Each workout is comprised of upper-body, lower-body, core & whole-body exercises.
