Can I try the gym before I join?

Sure you can. Based on the information that you give us we will plan your first session accordingly so you can get a really good idea of the style and intensity of training that you’ll be doing if you decide to start training with us.

Is there a joining fee?

No joining fees, also no cancellation of membership fees either.

How is Studio Evolution Fitness different to a regular gym?

We are adaptable, hence why we pride ourselves on the concepts of Evolution and Change. Many gyms label themselves under a certain type of training using only certain types of equipment or strict methods from franchised chains. Rather than the client being held to these certain styles or methods, we listen to our client needs and goals then administer a plan using whatever skill development and action necessary to help them achieve their results.

How do I join?

Simple, just contact us either by phone or email to set up your first session. From there we can discuss a plan that will best suit your goals.

Can I use your facilities to train on my own?

Yes, we allow only our clients the access to train here on their own from Monday to Saturday 530am-930am. This allows our clients a 4 hour window every day, 6 days a week to ensure their progress is maximised and results are gained faster than just being restricted to training with their Trainer only.

Can I get a training program from my Trainer if I wish to train on my own?

Of course! We know your body best so we can tailor a suitable and effective program for you to do on your own to ensure you are getting the most from your training whether it be strength, cardio or mobility & flexibility.

Are there shower facilities?

Unfortunately not. We are located right in the heart of Balmain so if you’re a local then you won’t need to travel far to have a quick shower and change after your session.

Can I purchase any supplements, merchandise, food or drink?

No, we don’t sell any of the above but we do provide filtered chilled and non-chilled water.

Are towels provided?

Yes, we provide towels for all of our clients although you are more than welcome to bring your own if preferred.

What are your opening & closing hours?

We don’t have any. You tell us when you want to train and we’ll do our absolute best to make it happen.
